> Products > SensIR Multiplexed PbS and PbSe Linear Arrays SensIR delivers complete infrared detection with all the components necessary to provide multiplexed output for OEM applications such as industrial process control, remote sensing, and spectroscopy. Designed for use in infrared bands of 1-3 mm (PbS) and 3-5 mm (PbSe), SensIR arrays are available in 128 and 256-element linear configurations. (Other configurations are also furnished upon request.) Housed in a standard DIP package, SensIR features a rugged hermetic construction with an integral thermoelectric cooling mechanism. Its on-plane CMOS multiplexing component employs a true DC-integrating front-end amplifier for excellent signal processing and readout. For greater performance consistency, up to 30% of detector non-uniformity is eliminated through the use of dark current subtractors with both global and individual DACs. Plus, a proprietary self-scanning feature also eliminates the need for continuous chopping. With optional DrivIR electronics, SensIR connects directly to a PC via a standard ISA or PCMCIA II slot.
